Chilli Hannanese Chicken to review
Ingredients
- to tastefresh red chillies, ground finely
- 1 pieceginger
- 2cloves of garlic
- 1chicken
- to tastesalt
- a littlevinegar

- 1 tspsesame oil
- to tastefresh coriander
Paste (to grind)
- to tastefresh red chillies
- 1 pieceginger

Instructions
- Grind fresh red chillies, ginger and garlic to a paste.
- Put chicken fat and fry ginger and garlic. Then add the paste.
- Add a pinch of salt, add a little bit of vinegar, add sugar.
- Add a tsp of sesame oil.
- Set chicken with fresh coriander.
- Steam chicken by rubbing salt all over for 30-35 minutes.
- Keep gravy separately. Cool down chicken, cut and chop into pieces.
- Serve with chillies.
