Chilli Hannanese Chicken to review

Ingredients

  • to tastefresh red chillies, ground finely
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 2cloves of garlic
  • 1chicken
  • to tastesalt
  • a littlevinegar
  • a littlesugar
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • to tastefresh coriander

Paste (to grind)

  • to tastefresh red chillies
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 2cloves of garlic

Instructions

  1. Grind fresh red chillies, ginger and garlic to a paste.
  2. Put chicken fat and fry ginger and garlic. Then add the paste.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, add a little bit of vinegar, add sugar.
  4. Add a tsp of sesame oil.
  5. Set chicken with fresh coriander.
  6. Steam chicken by rubbing salt all over for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Keep gravy separately. Cool down chicken, cut and chop into pieces.
  8. Serve with chillies.
